I build cloud-native, event-driven systems in C#, end to end: serverless microservices on Azure (Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus), REST APIs on ASP.NET Core, and the Angular and Blazor interfaces that sit on top of them.

I focus on systems that stay reliable under load: asynchronous pipelines, multi-threaded services, multi-tenant data models, and authentication built on JWT and MSAL. I own features from the first architecture discussion to production, and I care about maintainability and clean boundaries as much as shipping fast.

FollowApp.Care, patient engagement platform

Fullstack .NET / Azure Developer

Patient surveys, automated notifications, lead capture, and analytics for dental clinics. The platform serves ~200 tenants, including dental groups such as Portman Dentex and Medicover, across 1,000+ clinics and over 2 million patients. I work in an international Scrum team of six (Poland/UK), review code, shape technical decisions, and talk directly with the client.

  • Maintain 7 of the platform's 15 microservices; designed and built services end to end, from architecture to their own CI/CD pipelines
  • Built event-driven processing on Azure Service Bus that delivers ~300,000 notifications and patient surveys per month
  • Architected an asynchronous PDF-generation service producing ~15,000 documents monthly, decoupled from user-facing requests
  • Integrated 7 external data sources, including custom webhook integrations for Boxly and Dengro, plus Dentally, Aerona, D4W, Zapier, and FTP feeds
  • Implemented the multi-tenant data model with tenant- and location-scoped access, JWT permission scoping, and MSAL authentication, so each tenant sees exactly its own data
  • Developed the admin platform on an Angular monorepo and built the patient survey UI with lead capture, the product's main revenue flow
  • Built an AI-assisted response flow for patient requests using Microsoft Foundry

Fullstack .NET Developer

A web app that automates users' recurring online tasks, mainly expense-related operations across external services, through orchestrated browser automation. In a team of four, I solely owned the core engine: the C# automation layer, containerization, and the Blazor UI.

  • Designed a horizontally scalable session architecture: 10 parallel browser tabs per runtime, one runtime per Docker container, one container per VM
  • Load-tested at 50 concurrent sessions across 5 VMs with a task success rate above 90%
  • Reached ~200 full task cycles per hour per VM (~24,000 a day at 5 VMs), with a multi-step cycle taking ~3 minutes across all 10 tabs
  • Rewrote the synchronous C# wrapper over the automation engine to async/await, removing the main throughput bottleneck
  • Engineered step-level fault tolerance: per-step state, escalating retries (step retry, then tab recreation, then runtime restart), and an external queue to resume from the last successful step
